We want you to feel confident and happy in using our products, and understand that skincare can be highly individualized and complex as well. As a result, please reach out to us with any questions or concerns prior to purchasing products and we will gladly guide you however is needed!

At this time our products are final sale and not eligible for return. If you believe there to be an issue with your order, please send an email to info@earth-archive.com. Please provide the order number, name associated with your order and your concern.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

After placing your order, please allow 1-4 business days (Monday - Friday) for your order to ship. Earth Archive is entirely handcrafted - start to finish - in the packaging and shipment process as well. Our love goes into sending out each order that is recieved.

For U.S. Orders: Please allow for 1 week after shipment for your order to arrive.

For International Orders: Please allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive after shipping as a result of potential customs delays. They will typically arrive sooner than that, however delays can be unpredictable. Any customs fees that are processed at the destination are unable to be paid by us as well, so please keep this in mind.

Are your products vegan & cruelty free?

Yes,Earth Archive products are vegan and cruelty free. Our vendors and suppliers all share the same practices, ensuring there is no animal cruelty involved at any point in our supply chain.

How long do your products last?

Products are formulated to last 12 months, however we mark 6 months on the box to ensure freshness of each batch of our Ritual Rainforest Serum. To maximize the shelf life, store out of direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place and do not touch the dropper directly to skin.

What about essential oils?

While essential oils are regarded as safe in appropriate quantities, it doesn't always mean our skin reacts well to them. While they carry medicinal benefits, overconcentrations of E.O.'s can result in skin sensitization, redness, and irregularities in texture. In formulating Ritual Rainforest Serum, we were looking to create an oil that has a beautiful sensorial experience without over-concentrations of essential oils - an issue we found with many natural skincare products. Ritual Rainforest Serum is formulated with under .5% of essential oils in the entire formulation, making it gentle on sensitive skin.

Are your products for all skin types?

Each ingredient that we select in our formulations have carefully been tested on individuals with different skin types to ensure universal benefit. We work with ingredients that are non-comedogenic, and have a balancing effect for dry skin, mature skin, acne prone skin, etc.
