Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
Each order is lovingly packed and shipped in house by our small team. Please allow between 1-3 business days, not including weekends or holidays, from ordering for your order to be shipped.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been received.
Once an order is received, we are unable to accept cancellations at this time.
Shipping Time
For U.S. Orders: Please allow between 1-5 business days for your order to arrive, and up to 2 weeks for shipping to Hawaii.
For international orders: Delivery can take anywhere between 7-90 business days, depending on location and customs. Any customs fees that are processed at the destination are to be paid by the customer.
We are not responsible or liable for any packages that are lost or delayed. Please file a claim with USPS in regards to missing packages for a refund.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship internationally! All customs, duties, taxes and fees upon delivery are to be paid by the customer.
We are unable to accept any returns or refunds on international packages at this time, including packages that are due to customs delays or holds, as well as for unclaimed packages.
Once packages leave US borders, we are unable to assist in any tracking for international orders.
Returns & Refunds
Return policy
To protect the quality and care we put into our creations, all products are not currently eligible for return. This is to ensure the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our creations. We are also unable to accept all returns on the following:
Purchases Outside Our Website: We are unable to assume responsibility for any products that are damaged purchased outside of www.earth-archive.com. This means, products from any of our third party retailers, boutiques, or other websites that carry our products.
Orders Without Proof of Purchase: An order number or packing slip is required.
Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be refunded or canceled.
Shipping: Shipping fees are non-refundable. In cases where the package is undeliverable due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we are unable to refund orders as well.
We reserve the right to decline any request for return in alignment with our store policies. Please note that any processing fees associated with your purchase are non-refundable.
We want you to love your products as much as possible! If there is any question as to whether our products are right for you, please reach out via info@earth-archive.com for guidance.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your order has left our studio, we only have access to the same tracking details provided to you. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for packages lost or delayed by USPS. To help avoid issues, please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure before placing your order.
If you’d like to add signature confirmation to your shipment, just email us at info@earth-archive.com before your order goes out.
In the rare case that a package goes missing, we suggest checking in with your local post office and filing a claim directly with USPS. While we’ll always do our best to support you, we are not liable for postal errors.
Please note: once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the delivery address. If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we’re happy to resend it once a reshipment fee has been covered.

All ingredients are listed on our website and on our packaging. Please consult your healthcare practitioner if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before introducing any new products or herbal supplements to your routine.
