Shipping & Returns

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Your order will ship within 1-5 business days of ordering.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Earth Archive is not responsible for any additional taxes or custom fees that may incur at your country of arrival.

Do you accept returns?

At this time, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges on all orders.

We understand that skincare is highly personal and can be complex and want you to love your products as much as possible. If there is any concern, question, or apprehension as to whether our products are right for you, please reach out via info@earth-archive.com for guidance.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

After placing your order, please allow 1-5 business days (Monday - Friday) for your order to ship. Earth Archive is entirely handcrafted - from start to finish - including our packaging and shipment process. Our love goes into sending out each order that is received.

For U.S. Orders: Please allow for 1 week after shipment for your order to arrive.

For International Orders: Please allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. This time can vary based on customs delays at your arrival country as well. Any customs fees that are processed at the destination are to be paid by the customer, so please keep this in mind.

Our Products

How long will my products last?

All of our products are made in small batches to ensure optimal freshness. We do not use any synthetic preservatives or chemicals and formulate for our products to last 12 months. To maximize the shelf life, please store out of direct sunlight, in a cool, dry location, and use sanitary practices to avoid any contamination (not touching droppers to the face, or allowing products to come into contact with water).

Are your products cruelty free?

Yes, all Earth Archive products are cruelty free. We only work with suppliers that share the same ethos that we ourselves promote, ensuring there is no animal cruelty involved at any point in our supply chain.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
