Orders will be shipped within 1-4 business days (Monday - Friday) of purchase via USPS.

International orders may incur additional customs charges and/ or tax upon arrival. Please check any import fees you may be responsible for prior to ordering. Earth Archive is not liable for covering these import fees.

Return Policy

At this time, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns on all orders.

We understand that skincare is highly personal and can be complex, and want you to love & cherish your products as much as possible. If there is any concern, question, or aprehension as to whether our products are right for you, please reach out via info@earth-archive.com for guidance.

Damages & Other Issues
We inspect each order prior to shipment and pack with love. At the benefit of small-batch skincare, our products are packaged at peak freshness to ensure their longevity prior to you recieving them. However, sometimes problems may occur, or damages may take place during the shipment process.

Please reach out via email to info@earth-archive.com with any details and photographs about the issue, and we will respond promptly to remedy the situation.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.
