This particular blend is a long-time favorite of mine for skin health, offering hydration to the skin on a cellular level, and enhances radiance from the inside out.
The blend ~
2 parts Hibiscus
2 parts Rosehip
1 part Tulsi
1 part Butterfly Blue Pea
1 part Marshmallow Root
This combination of herbs is incredibly rich in antioxidants & vitamin C to increase collagen production, combat free-radical damage, and brighten the skin. Marshmallow root is a mucilaginous herb, making it deeply hydrating, soothing to inflammation, and supportive to gut health. Tulsi & Butterfly Blue Pea are both supportive to soothing emotional stressors in addition to their antimicrobial benefits, high antioxidant content, anti-inflammatory compounds & abilities to regulate blood sugar.
Infuse your herbs together in a mason jar, french press or glass teapot with warm water. Let it sit for 4-6 hours or overnight for a more potent infusion. You can also allow it to steep in the sun or moonlight. Sip in bliss & with gratitude <3
